Heritage School Basketball coach Jonathan Russel Nemutambwe has been appointed as the Zimbabwe National Senior Men’s Basketball team coach for the Afro-Basket qualifiers to be held in Bulwayo starting Monday February 20.
Zimbabwe will battle it out with Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique and South Africa for a place at the Afrocan Zone Six Championships set for July.
Heritage has since sent its congraturlatory message to its coach.
“Congratulations!!! To our Basketball Coach Jonathan “Russell” Nemutambwe for being appointed the National Senior Mens Basketball Team Coach for the AFROBASKET qualifiers tournament to be held in the City of Kings, Bulawayo.
“We are proud of you “Coach Russell,” read the Heritage School congratulatory message.
